Days with my father
When I first heard about the project “Days with my father” I was horrified. It is the story of a father son relationship as the father’s life comes to a sad end. I thought “Why would anyone want to put something so personal online?”. That is until I visited the site. I don’t think I’ve ever been moved to tears by a website (although I am a bit of a crybaby with movies) but this one got me crying in my office. Maybe it’s because I recently lost a familymember too, but I think you should go and experience it for yourselves. The project is done by photographer Philip Toledano and it’s very simple but powerful. Take time to read through the story. Sorry for the non-suitable friday afternoon content :-)
