Was doing a bit of cleaning on my harddrive when I came across these scans from Vespasiano Amphiareo book on writing from 1548. I am always amazed to see what was done by hand in those days. Somehow it makes me sad that I don’t have skills remotely like this when it comes to handwriting. But still, I do so enjoy looking through stuff like this because it’s just still stunning.

My goodness, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen something as pretty as UK photographer Kirsty Mitchell’s photo series ‘Wonderland’. It’s surreal! The details, the colours, the mood. Just amazing!

Uhhhh I really want these posters by Spanish Atipo. Just LOVE that they’re called Fontfaces. Such a good title. But wouldn’t it actually be more correct to call them typefaces? OK enough of the nerd talk, love them no matter what!

It doesn’t happen that often I am totally stunned by an artist’s work but Ian Wright did just that for me. WOW! What this guy does with paper is so amazing. I wanna play with paper all summer now, my own little experiments with paper for my exhibit seams very simple now.
