Hey it’s been a while since I posted some great photos. So check out these ones by Italian New York based photographer Andrea Galvani. They creep me out a little bit but they’re SO beautiful!

I don’t think you get a lot of Dutch designers working in China but Nivard Thoes is one of them. I really like the mixture of Chinese and European style type in there, it’s funny how the mixture still seams exotic because it’s so foreign to us.

I’m really liking the texture in these pieces by Bigger Than Giants.

OK this one is quite girly, but I can’t help loving this font from Sudtipos called Brownstone. It has lovely ornament frames and everything! What’s not to like? :-)

I’ve come across Jude Landry on several occasions and now I just have to post him as he is kind of a kindred spirit being a professor at a designschool too. He does wonderful posters on the side though and here’s just a few pieces.

Today is the first day after my students graduated and it’s so quiet here, ohh so quiet! So I finally have a bit of time to get back to some inspiration here at the lab.
Today I had the great pleasure of surfing right in to Grip Limited’s website and it has instantly put me in a brilliant mood. So I think you should drop by their site and enjoy all the useless info on there too. It is probably a little Feltron inspired but i think it’s great to see it in an interactive setting. It will make sense when you see it! Loving it!

A few weeks back I showed you the Posters of Fortune project and here’s another on a little bit like it. In the Phraseology project you submit a letter, word or phrase and they will make it look goooood. Go ahead, give a try!
