I just love the style of Brooklyn based photographer Bobby Doherty. The hard light and the contrast between the quite vulgar food and the pastelly backgrounds is just so full of humour to me and puts a HUGE smile on my face.

It’s another one of those fridays where it looks like there’s a black and white movie going on outside. Or actually, fifty shades of grey (no reference!). So colour is indeed needed and I’m looking at Swedish born Anny Wang who actually recides right here in Copenhagen. I’m smitten with the way she uses that kinda glossy 90ies 3D style paired with totally contemporary colours and that trend of highly styled stillebens. It makes it all very fresh, original and modern. Really want a print.
